Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay. Apparel and totes ship free when they add up to $75 or more (after discounts). Handmade wood pieces always ship for a flat $6.00 per order. If your order has both, the charges are added together.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. Wood pieces ship separately from our Arizona workshop, and clothing may come from different print shops, so a mixed order can arrive in separate packages on different days.
Returns
Can I return or exchange something?
Because wood pieces are one of a kind and clothing is made just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for the wrong size or color. Shipping costs aren't refunded.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll make it right. For clothing that's damaged, misprinted or the wrong item, email info@ssfpublishing.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. You don't need to send it back. For a wood piece that arrives broken, email photos of the piece and the package within 7 days of delivery, and we'll refund or replace it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please check your size, color and address before you pay. Once a clothing order goes into production, we can't cancel it or change the address. Wood orders can be cancelled or changed before they ship: email info@ssfpublishing.com or use the Contact page, and we can swap the piece, change the shipping address, or give you a refund. Once a wood piece has shipped, the sale is final.

Who makes the wood pieces?
Gilbert makes every piece by hand in his Arizona woodshop from real hardwoods like oak, teak, padauk, purpleheart, cocobolo, osage orange and wenge. Each piece is one of a kind, so grain and color will differ a little from the photos.
How fast do wood pieces ship?
Wood pieces ship by USPS Ground Advantage within 1 to 2 business days, with tracking emailed to you when it ships.
How do I care for my wood piece?
Natural wood colors can mellow gently over time. If your book holder picks up food or a sticky mess, just wipe it with a damp cloth.
Apparel and sizing
How long does clothing take?
Each shirt, hoodie and sweatshirt is printed after you order. Most orders are made within about 2 to 7 business days, plus shipping time, which is usually a few business days in the U.S. Holidays and large orders can take longer.
How do I pick the right size?
Each shirt, hoodie and sweatshirt has its own measurements, so please check the Size chart before you order. You can find it on our Size Charts page, linked from each apparel product page.
Can I personalize shirts for a family event or group?
Special Event Personalization is coming soon. If you have an event in mind, send us a note through the Contact page and we'll let you know when it's available.
Books
Can I buy books on this site?
Our books are sold on Amazon, not through this site's cart. Each book on the Books page has a Buy on Amazon button when a link is available.
